Members of 764 find and coerce vulnerable children and blackmail them into live-streaming horrific acts of abuse, self-mutilation, and suicide. 764 was born on and thrives on one, and only one, online platform: Discord. Discord has made a business model of marketing to children and then letting them get abused.
